2. Account Creation and Registration

AR Cabs Owner does not provide a user registration or account-creation facility within the application.

Owner accounts are created and managed by authorized AR Cabs administrators outside the application. The administrator may create an owner record and provide the owner with login credentials.

The App only provides authentication and access to an account that has already been provisioned by AR Cabs.

When an owner confirms receipt of payment, AR Cabs may send an email notification to relevant recipients, such as the owner and authorized AR Cabs administrators.

These emails may contain payment confirmation and related billing information and are used for business communication and record keeping.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled through the App and backend systems.

However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Data Retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain billing and business records, maintain payment-confirmation records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal, accounting, regulatory or security requirements.

When information is no longer required for a legitimate purpose, AR Cabs may delete, anonymize or securely dispose of it.

10. Account Deactivation

Owner accounts are provisioned and managed by AR Cabs administrators.

An administrator may deactivate an owner's access when necessary. A deactivated account cannot be used to access the App.

Account deactivation does not necessarily mean that historical business, billing, accounting or legally required records are immediately deleted.

11. Children's Privacy

AR Cabs Owner is intended for authorized adult business users and is not directed toward children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App.
